The color of the holographic powders stand out best when applied over a similar colored based. The holographic rainbow effect is present when burnished over any color base or painted on a silicone mold. A different colored base will change the intensity of the powders primary color.
This is NOT glitter, it is a holographic powdered pigment meant for use in crafts, makeup, and nail art. It is not soap safe.
